These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Soft Stitches. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
Soft Stitches is a small, intentional loungewear brand focused on limited drops, softness, and slow fashion. Collections are released in limited quantities and may sell out quickly.
Orders are placed via our website cart and completed via WhatsApp. You will be guided through confirmation, delivery details, and payment on WhatsApp.
Stock is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve stock until your order is confirmed.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information (name, address, and any notes needed for delivery). Soft Stitches is not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect information provided.
Payment instructions will be sent to you via WhatsApp after you submit your order. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received.
If payment is not completed within the timeframe communicated on WhatsApp, your items may be released to another customer.
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). Promotions (such as launch specials) may be limited-time and may end without notice.
Delivery will be calculated after check out via Whatsapp. This delivery fee will be added to your order total during WhatsApp confirmation.
Estimated delivery timelines will be shared after payment confirmation. Soft Stitches is not responsible for delays caused by couriers once parcels have been handed over for delivery.
Due to the limited and intimate nature of our garments, refunds are not offered unless an item is faulty or incorrect.
Size exchanges may be considered at our discretion and are subject to available stock. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for following garment care instructions. Soft Stitches cannot be held liable for damage caused by improper washing, drying, or handling after delivery.
By placing an order, you consent to being contacted via WhatsApp regarding your order, payment instructions, delivery updates, and support queries.
Soft Stitches reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will apply to future orders and collections.
